      The other one that makes bold claims about both enhanced protection and synchro performance is Redline MT90.  I use that in the W58 in the Vitesse and it seems to work. It has become unreasonably expensive though.

      The late break show with Jonny Smith (auto journalist of 5th gear fame among other things) has just done a video covering the Malta Classic.  He covers a few of the triumphs involved.  I'm afraid I've forgotten the name of the chap on here with the extensively modified spitfire, but he shows up a few times sparing no horses. There is also a herold and a speedster vitesse on slicks.  Sadly he doesnt go into real detail on the triumphs, but the video does make the whole event look rather amazing!

      Not everyone here uses their real name, many are under a 'non d'internet'.  So I don't know if the email I've received from one "*******" is from someone here.  But I sure as hell know that their email account has been hacked, because it says "Hi,   Hope you’re well. I’ve been struck silent because of a severe throat pain. One quick thing: do you happen to 0rder onAmaz on?." No way will I respond to it, as that will send my own email address to the hackers as 'live one'.  I shall delete it, now. So, ********, if you're here, get your account cleared ASAP!    When it happened to me, and messages were sent on my behalf by the hackers, just like this and worse (I've got cancer, I'm in hospital, etc etc), BT were magnificent.  They cleared my account in 24 hours - ring their Email Team on 08081006778.       The Penzoi was recommended in a  mainly US based TR7 group and they claim to have tested it against MTF and found the change was much better with the Penzoil.. So will try it and report back. Mike

      Thanks.  It took me a moments, but not it is sweet :-)   I felt rather stupid when I realised the fueltank was empty...   Thanks.   Next step was checking compression. I feared a burnt valve. I had experienced lack of power and knocking on acceleration.  It produced very similar albeit low cold engine readings: Cyl1: 105 psi Cyl2: 105 psi Cyl 3: 105 psi Cyl 4: 105 psi. Cold engine.  I probably need to warm it up and repeat. However it is not taxed at the moment, so no real good chance to drive it. Cheers  Nick, Denmark
