Well, so far he seems to be at least as bad as anyone feared and likely worse. It's going to be a long four years, especially viewing it from north of the border... -

Hah! Yes to both, please PM me Though just yesterday I collected a donor non-OD box as the beginning of an attempt to create an OD one from it and the contents of my garage. Being naturally lazy I’m always interested in ways to reduce my workload though! Also looking for an OD propshaft, mounting plate and mount (possibly the mount & plate are same as GT6?) Happily I’m informed that they successfully visited Malmesbury from Taunton and returned without incident. At approximately 160 miles return I’m pretty sure this will be the car’s longest journey in 10 years, possibly ever! -

Voltage regulator stuck shut? If this is the case, any electric temperature gauge you may have will also be reading strange. The other possibility is that the general charging voltage is too high (extra bright lights, extra fast wipers etc) which might also explain why your battery is suddenly unhappy. Pump may be running,🏃♂️ but is it pumping anything? Or pressure regulator stuck open? If it’s firing on ether this shows it’s mostly alive so difficult to see why it wouldn’t be firing the injections also. Just possibly the injector supply is separately fused and that’s popped….. Happy hunting! -

Hamish, There's always sniping! Two windows open as the auction time limit approaches. Prepare one with the highest bid you are comfortable with, watch the auction in the other. If that million bid comes in, you've lost it anyway, but you can outbid more cautious bidders - those with well shod kids? - by going to the other window and sending your bid in at the last second. It's worth observing how long eBay takes to respond on your extension of t'Internet - on mine I can win by bidding in the last 15 seconds. Of curse, if there's another sniper in the forest.... What happened to your post? Looks like a black screen. John

Day 32 38 degrees here today, went for a pedal around the bay with SM and a mate late in the evening. 15 kms out and back. Stoopid headwind all the way out, lovely tailwind for the first 5 kms back turned into racing the incoming storm. We made it back just before the rain, but got seriously sandblasted. It’s after midnight, and despite the storm, almost 30C with thunderstorms all around. Summer in Melbourne,
