Nick Jones
That’s Ed. With a bit of luck he may drop by and comment…… All I can say is…….. RESPECT! No small achievement transporting a fat Triumph 6 up a flight of 16 stairs without personal injury and only minor collateral damage! And he’s done it twice…… I’d be wondering if you can get heavy duty stairlifts…… On a vaguely related note, a local friend has a really steep drive. Nearly as steep as Ed’s stairs. Bottom line is that unless his car is fully fit mechanically, it’s not going to make it to the garage. So now he has an electric winch…..
spider
I'd have used lift.

Nice looking mill…… No small effort getting it to its new home though. More respect due! Impressive what can be achieved with basic equipment and some careful thought
JohnD
Not many would concsider bolting a winch to the top of the stairs! Even if 'er indoors would allow it!
