I think the old engine had one on by chance, as my car parts suppliers had run out of the normal Frams. Clutch took a bit of effort, but it all runs wonderfully! The upshot is that MoT guys are to be allowed to issue written inspection reports, stamped with their own company stamp and update the computer system later.
