Does that match anything off the shelf ready to deal with the kind of torque you are requiring ?

Hello All I only have a small compressor but I have a small Blasting cabinet what I did is use an old LPG cylinder the large one and I have set up so most of the time the small tank does for cleaning etc but I can open a valve and let it the big tank fill then start blasting and works well enough for me. Then there is all the Micrometres, Dial gauges ,Vernier's, Drills,(metric and Imperial) Taps (Whit.BSF.UNF.Metric.BSP and specials) Then when you have the Lathe a quick change tool post and all the cutting tools. Plus Reamers ? The list goes on and you wonder how you ever managed before Roger -

I'm a Bosch Pro man, can't beat em for the price point. But I do confess I dream of going Milwaukee, but the current gear keeps working so not really justifiable in the slightest 🤣 -
Don't forget numerous cordless power tools I went through a phase of buying Milwaukee tools, they are addictive...

The small-ish receiver suited me as space in my garage is pretty limited and the larger compressing capacity means it will cope with a decent load for spraying. The gel gun was rated at about 12cfm / 50psi and the compressor runs that with roughly 25-40% duty cycle as an estimate when spraying. That won't be a constant spray of course but should give you an idea. An external receiver is always a benefit though if you have the space/cash. I do fancy one but low on the priorities -

Not to hijack the thread, but 17cfm seems high for such a small receiver? Do you think that it would be capable of running a small blasting cabinet, perhaps with an external receiver?
