The bundled wires were included in the Link wiring looms, but are surplus to requirements for the GT6. They're inputs for additional sensors and outputs for things like electric throttle bodies and warning lights. The rest of the wiring is pretty simple - relays for the high and low beam, fuel pump, ignition coils, starter solenoid and cooling fans. I've trimmed the extra wires and will tuck them away behind the parcel shelf. I'll also add a Link 52mm gauge that can show various parameters on the fly, and act as a data logger. That LCD gauge will be the only visible clue that the car's not standard. I got a call from the radiator shop on Thursday. The new radiator is finished! Its core is 500 x 260mm and about 50mm thick, compared with the factory's 300mm wide by 330mm tall, and about 65mm thick. That's an increase in area from 990cm2 to 1300mm2. Now that I know exactly how big the core is, I've ordered a pair of Spal 225mm (9") puller fans (Spal 226mm fans). The next step is mounting the radiator in the engine bay, and then mounting the fans to the radiator. And fitting a small header tank, maybe above the radiator. NOT a TR6! It fits! First thoughts are that I can mount the radiator to the bonnet hinge boxes. More Cardboard Aided Design coming up. Don't cut the red wire!

Hello All I still have to rebuild the bloody thing as it broke the c clip again but I think a crap clutch and me not wanting to take it out before the end of the year(I need certifying ??) I could just drive around in the 8 year old Yeti in comfort and about the same mpg?? still were is the fun in that? I may just as well sit in the armchair and watch the box and drink myself into oblivion? Still Malta in 2 weeks for a week then Spain in June for 2 weeks then Spain again in September again on a jolly in Spitty?( looking at a 13/60 herald for the wife of course!!) Roger ps the Wife said what do you want to do for your 80th and I said get the Kids and Grand kids around for a bit of a party then a bit later we will go to Spain Again!! In Spitty or a Herald if purchased (The poor old Vitesse is half done but I seem to lack motivation ? plus Spitty throwing a wobble Again)Bloody old cars why do we like them if used that is not just to the local pub or polished! Spitty did about 6,000 miles between gearbox outs!(3 to 6 years of lots of people?) Sorry small drunken rant over -
it’s very much not academic. the US has two houses, Congress (the peoples house - day to day domestic matters) and the Senate (the States house - national legislative matters and policy), and then the Office of the President, who has independent legislative power, all overseen by the Supreme Court that sits with very real teeth to protect the Constitution and the people from legislative over reach and malfeasance by the three of them. It’s a fundamentally different system from a ‘democracy’. The President is not elected by the party to legislate in their name - they endorse him, but he is his own person and may legislative as he wishes. Starmer cannot sign an order banning gingers, but Trump could - although the Supreme Court Justices may strike it down. As they say over there - ‘we’re not a democracy, we’re a cheerocracy’

That should do it. All you have to do now is out the gearbox back in. I’d forgotten how heavy the Spit 1500 OD box is!
