Did my own laundry yesterday,... just been shopping to buy clothes that fit. -
I am obviously more easily pleased/entertained than you. Not sure what you were expecting, but it seems to be a jolly wheeze to me. Yes, not realistic in so many ways, but that isn't what telly is about (mostly) Did you watch "the tourist"? that was pretty clever in many ways.

Compared to something like the billion bucks Rings of Power probably feel like it's written by Arthur Miller -
Nightsleeper IS bollocks! TV reviewers opinion, "increasingly abysmal" (Lucy Mangan, Guardian) John

should have watched the last 10 laps of the Grand Prix (nothing much happened beforehand), an exciting end to the race..... After dinner I then watched some of the racing from Goodwood on YouTube, superb! mike

We watched it. It is bang on the money for a TV production. Good bloke gone bad but acting teh hero. Tick. Looks like an expert who has really upset the applecart but is now really needed. Tick. A set that is very insular/intense. Tick. Baddies who clearly have the upper hand for now. Tick. So similar to other recent glitzy productions. Trigger Point is almost identical, then there was Red Eye. All typical escapism TV. And a step up from soaps/love island etc etc.

Shampoo in the brake fluid is a No NO - it would aerate too quickly. Real Poo would be too viscous Roger

Back to new series "Nightsleeper" My sister (staying with them post Kop Hill) has persuaded me to watch it. Now, even she agrees, it is complete bollocks. It must a high budget production - hand held cameras on a moving (?) train, enormous cast, night shots from chopper (drone?) above moving train etc.etc. But it's still bollocks! John

Would that be better than Cuban mixture? Alcohol, sugar and shampoo, allegedly. John
