All of these are rated high Credibility. Fox is also rated LOW for credibility. ALL "right" news sources in the US are like this.

I tend to check Media Sources with a couple of sites. The most comprehensive one is mediabiasfactcheck.com.  Others tend to rate bias only. MBFC also looks at factual reporting and credibility. Bias doesn't necessarily mean they're lying or have no credibility. FWIW, Al Jazeera isn't particularly great.  Check out a few and see what  you find. There are a lot of Right and Far Right sources in the US that also fail the factual and credibility tests. And that may grow. Trump is managing to get a lot of Left leaning TV Show hosts cancelled by threatening their licenses with FCC action.  And a few very wealthy MAGA supporters are progressively buying up left leaning broadcasters and, shall we say, "changing their bias". I believe there is an actual "plan" in place to change the media and eliminate support for progressives.  I believe Hitler did that when he was appointed Chancellor in Germany. 

I'm just trying to catch up on the thread.... To offer a few bits of info. My personal opinion matches Yoda's as to believing it was totally illegal.  And this ain't the first time..... and trump ain't the first president to do it.  Ever since that monster got elected the second time I've  been digging into US law because of all his threats against Canada.  Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is the second supreme leader of Iran, since 1989. He was "elected" (by the Iranian government not the people) in 1989 after the death of Ayatollah Khomeini. Khomeini is the one who started the Islamic Revolution in 1979 by overthrowing the government of Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi was put or kept in power by US and UK interference in foreign governments. Eisenhower was one who interfered in 1953 (Along with MI6) to keep the Shah in power. FWIW, I'm seeing news that the Iranian government may elect/appoint Khamenei's son as the new "Supreme Leader of Iran". Meaning nothing will change and the US did all this for nothing.  Not the first time the US has interfered with foreign governments.  US Congress passed the War Powers Resolution in 1973 specifically to reign in Presidents from unilaterally causing "Regime Changes".  To some extent, every president has abided this act until the current Arsehole in Chief was elected. But most have still abused it. I saw this coming as soon as Trump declared Canada (specifically it's energy, aluminum and lumber) to be a threat to US National Security. That's how he unilaterally levied heavy tariffs on all of them without congressional approval.  historically and legally, presidents have ordered limited military actions without congressional approval, but doing so carries legal controversy and political risk. I really hope the political risk is that he loses the house and senate in November. He can only keep this crap up for 150 days if congress doesn't vote to extend it. (The MAGA's don't have the support to do that.) But the damage is already done. Iran can't get at the US directly so they're "drone bombing" neighbouring countries in retaliation. In other words, other countries are paying the price for Trump's actions already and this may escalate. I'm seeing a very troubling parallel to Iran in the US right now. MAGA's embrace a heretical version of Christian Nationalism. The extreme right want to make the US a "Christian Nation" to undo "all the wickedness of the left". It's racist, misogynistic, and given the chance will not accept any other religion but their perverted version of "Christianity".  Essentially Far Right Christian Extremists want to take over the country. Isn't that a lot like how Far Right Islamic Extremists took over Iran in 1973? I'm very worred about the future, especially here in Canada, because the Conservative Party of Canada leadership, including Pee-Air Poilievre are pretty much far right extremists. (IMO)   Peace.

Errrm.... not yet . Fortune, they say, favours the brave! Got the hydraulics out. M/cyls, hose and adjusters in good nick. The pipes not so much. Never been that happy with them, seem just a bit short. Came as part of a complete kit which I fitted one frantic night between coming home and going to work again. So they'll get remade. First halfshaft out as well. Substantial. Must be the best part of 4-5 kg all its self. Hub bearings are Timken and in remarkably good nick considering, although judging by the colour of the grease in there they obviously need replacing.
