Quite often people have no clue what/where others are in the world, in relation to their own location. I have a business buddy outside of St. Fillans, Scotland. It was a real eye opener when he pointed out to me that his latitude is 56.39 which puts him roughly in the middle of Hudson's Bay, due north of me. Roughly 1,400 KM due north of me! No comparison when it comes to weather. Only Inuit live up there. I've been to Moosonee, on the southern tip of James Bay. A mere 815 KM. I wouldn't dream going even there in winter!

What’s done? Has it knocked him on the head and fed him to a polar bear? All the fish you can eat, for life, my feathered friend (lost or not)! -

Oh…. How (not very) nice….. Pleny of grim weather here lately but at least the precipitation at been mostly liquid phase….. (in my part of UK at least). Bit of a reminder on how important the Gulf Stream is to Northern Europe….. seeing as I’m 7 degrees further north than you and I’m pretty far south in the UK! Keep safe! Hope the disruption is not too severe or long lasting! -

It’s not always obvious on the bench and it’s really hard to tell which side it is. Sometimes it’s both…. -
I live just 4 miles out side Uxbridge. But that is in West London UK. The weather is damp and fresh. Nothing like you are having. Good luck. Roger

it was taken there by Uber. It was invited to dinner by a local resident. Roger

I have some 0.1mm shim washers which should do the job once I find them. I'll have a look at the UJ while the driveshaft is on my workbench. I recall it being fairly free, so sounds like it could do with a bit of shimming.
