Engine doesn't sound as crisp or cutting edge as I'm used to but it is sounding good. I hear a bit of ragged at some RPM's. I'm suspicious of the timing as I don't trust my timing lights. Mind you carbies have been sitting for months as have the race fuel so there is still some room to move here. I'll keep playing with it and work on the details. GT6Steve Posted January 29, 2012 Author Share Posted January 29, 2012 Had a professional polisher come by yesterday and work over the paint so we'd be looking good for the opener in Mid February. It's still a tossup whether we'll make it but the car is ready, the motorhome is getting clean and the spares seem in order. It'll all depend on how intense the training week is prior.
