Possibly true, but I guess my point is that this thread has gone on long enough to become completely reductive and in essence an echo chamber all of it's own. And no-one else here seems to have noticed. Which is what I find depressing.

Yep. Fair bit of work. Been done a few times before by manufacturers, usually down to changing LHD to RHD or vice versa depending on market. Cars in question escape me right now unfortunately -  a vague feeling there was something Italian in there - age doesn't come alone.

They took the whole kitchen apart from the sink, (which was a really old ceramic one and cracked), wasn't expecting that but not unusual apparently with free standing units in France.  They did leave a heap of old furniture though, complete with worm, made a nice crackling sound on the bonne fire 🙂  

If you don’t paint the bonnet you’ll finish quicker and then have time for your carbon hardtop……..just saying 

He came up with a mechanical cross-shaft design under the dash, with bushings, etc. to put the master on the right side, giving room to have the firewall mounted booster and room to have the master protrude that far from the firewall. 

If there had been MAGA/Trump supporters here it would be at least 30 pages long, 2/3 of which would be vulgar and profane name calling and threats towards those just trying to explain, usually with proof, precisely how and why something Trump is doing actually hurts ALL Americans, and the country.  The heat from the raging inferno in this thread would be felt in every other thread in the Ranting Arena, and likely most threads in it's neighbour sections, Members Cars and Projects Threads and Alternative Hobbies. It is indeed, very depressing.
