Can't see the block no. and it's not quoted, but engine comes complete with Pi kit.

Not TR6 - I can see a saloon engine mount in the last pic and careful wording shows that the seller knows damn well what he's doing.  Late 125 bhp one almost certainly.  Usual used-engine roulette.  Most are shot.....

But most will be rebuildable. 

I didn't notice the saloon mount, but it does include the Pi kit, which even without the Lucas pump and PRV can be worth a pretty penny.    I'll look forwrad to see what this goes for.

Well I've answered my own question - MG Midget 1500 or late TR7. Now to hunt one down..... reckons its just what my TR6 needs

Andy I just put a bolt and copper washer in the top of mine, seems to work well and doesn't leak so far.
