Julz was out, was a pleasant 19C at 8:30ish, so some young lamb was sacrificed to the grill.

                That's not a bench its a pasting table it would collapse with a Spitfire gearbox on it ! still makes my garage look tidy ish!

Day 13 pic.    You cruel, cruel man.     Lazing on the verandah, OK.     Running the barbie, fine. 

But sun, sea and beach, when we have a typical January miseryday, with a storm to come.   I'm getting the same from my friends in Rio.

Don’t worry John, Australia is forecast a good roasting next week. There’ll be envy of of our, err, cooler weather. Who am I trying to kid. Been fairly ok here today, somewhat spoilt by having to dig out hedge roots......

If you use a chainsaw, then a sharp blade helps. Using a knackered blade because it doesn't matter if it gets ruined doesn't work. Only took my partner and myself a couple of hours rather hard labour yesterday to suss that one out!
