RK Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Hi Folks, I wanna say hello from Germany. I've been fiddling around with Spitfires for around 20 years now, got into tuning for about 12 years and into racing for about 7 years. Got three cars - one mostly desintegrated on the shelves, on street legal and mildly tuned, one full race tuned. cheers, Reinald
DaveNotSoSideways Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Hello Reinald. Youre most welcome here! I see that you have met GT already? ;D Stick around. Dave
Royboy66 Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Welcome Reinald ! please post some pics of the cars! hold on on the RRthread! the ride could get Bumpy! ;D Roy 8)
RK Posted March 5, 2009 Author Posted March 5, 2009 Shure I've met GT- to be honest, this is the reason why I subscribed here I'm prepared for some rough ride, but I'm confident with what I've done, so don't worry about me. How can I post pics? Is there any dedicated space for member car pics? Reinald

Mother Teresa Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Hiya Reinald. Nice purposeful looking car. I'm strapped in for the ride- welcome aboard !
triumphlux Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Hallo looks like your car got a new coat of paint
PeteClan Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Welcome. I thought that looked familiar. I guess the last photo is at Colmar Berg. Pete Richards
DaveNotSoSideways Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 The fastback, ideal for Nordschliefe! Worth about 4-5mph @ 130mph.
GT6Steve Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 Man! I REALLY like that look on a 1500! Maybe it's just the angle or maybe just the orange but it really works. Kinda like a MK3 GT6 with attitude. If it's the same car then the orange is much better than the green. IMHO Actually, I've saved both pics of the orange version for the screensaver...
starman Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 Wilkommen (from a relatively new guy). Been enjoying your posts Reinald.
RK Posted March 6, 2009 Author Posted March 6, 2009 Hi Folks, yes, same car from Colmar Berg, new paint :-). Actually, I was never really happy with that green/yellow/black. I always thought, I would change it when there was a requirement after some bent fenders. Fortunately I never had an incident like that, and I finally managed to do it march 2008. Reinald
elsieolly Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 Great car, great posts, all opinions valued over here, discussion even lively rules ;D

It is called vermillion red :-) Reinald
