PeteStupps Posted March 13 Posted March 13 https://www.carandclassic.com/la/C1828632 Interesting looking thing, with clear pictures of some parts including the SAH 'tite-a-turn' rear setup. The inlet manifold makes me wonder if it's an 8-port head on the 1147 engine. But no idea really. If I was in France I'd go and have a look
egret Posted March 13 Posted March 13 Some lovely modifications, and then someone has put those awful tiny foam pancake filters on the air intake! 1

Very interesting, tite-a-turn especially, the way it uses standard front wishbones... Don't think the head is the 1147 8-port, casting number is visible as 307871, which the anorak in me knows is an early 1296 8-port casting number. Manifold is similar to others I've seen that SAH made, I have a feeling shape was inspired by the TR4 manifold. Edited March 13 by JumpingFrog 1

As to the "tite-a-turn", having had a close look at one at the TSSC hq a good few years ago, I would rather have the std rear suspension. It looks a good idea (pre-curser of rotoflex maybe) but the donuts look very fragile.
