DCOE float has a sinking feeling

Recommended Posts

Oh great wise ones,

My brass float is full of fuel. are the plastic floats interchangeable, Do you have a preference between the two. My manual is from before plastic floats existed.

Thanks

Mike

Personally I wouldn't worry about throwing plastic ones in, there is a difference in measuring and setting the float level though.

^ Slightly updated manual with plastic float stuff, looks right from memory.

Alternatively you can try soldering the brass float back up if you can find where it's leaking (clean the petrol out first tho! :D
