Nick Jones
Congrats indeed! There's alot of hard work in car development gone into that result and it makes me very happy that a "mere" Vitesse, and a Mk1 with swing axles at that, is showing the TRs the way to go! Growing driver skills and bravery should not be forgotten either of course Top work Alan! Nick

Bumblebee
What .. no GT6s........ Its a shocker! Admittedly its a TR thing, but none the less! Well done Alan , Hamish, and indeed anyone else who got out there and did it.
openroad
Well done Alan and Hamish, I understand that alot of effort and finance is involved, I am sure the thrill of it all must counterbalance.... Do you ever bump into John And on at these events ? Cheers Conrad.
Hamish
Thanks Conrad. I know Alan does all of his spanner work and improvements himself. I do as much as I can also that keeps the cost down. Its the best 5 events that score. This year I only did the 5. Alan had a fun year doing 11 events. I think John brought his race Vitesse to the 3 sister sprint ? But I was away so couldn’t do it. The cost is not too OTT. entry fees are the biggest cost but most are probably less than some spend on a good night out !?!? hope to do next year
