FOR SALE. 1971 Triumph Vitesse 2L

Recommended Posts

1971 Triumph Vitesse 2L
With overdrive.
Apparently one of the last cars of this type built.

It is in very good condition and owned by an old school vintage and classic car enthusiast.

It has been the subject of an earlier sympathetic restoration including respray.
It benefits from a factory gold seal replacement engine some 32k miles ago.
It’s has wire wheels.
Original radiator fan.

The current owner wanted more originality whilst still keeping the car safe and practical thus the following has been carried out.
Complete professional rewire with new headlight units. New starter motor and battery with a master switch.
New classic steering wheel.
Re-upholstered front seats.
New thermostat and water hoses.
New hood, tonneau and hood cover.
Brakes serviced.
Over £3k spent in last couple years.
It’s a very smart car that drives well and is very practical.

Asking price is £11,950.00
For this appreciating asset that is fun to use.

The car belongs to my dad and is located in south Devon. IT is not his forte so PM me for contact details.

(I think he is also doing an old school advert in a triumph club magazine ) so get in first.

Looks cracking Hamish. My wife (Tina) is desperate for a Vitesse, but trouble is I'm desperate for a TR7 V8 or a Stag. Real trouble is that we are bang out of luck on both counts until we save some more pennies

Good luck with the sale.

Cheers, Darren
