Martin
So, as this is now done. The son´s Innocenti is ready, TÜV done and insured. I was not able to persuade him to go for a Triumph Today I started dismantling the Herald Estate Cheers Martin Edited August 23, 2014 by Martin
triumphlux
VERY NICE I really love this color combination, might go for the same color when I restore my Mk 2. You should put up a few more photos, side view and interior please

Nick Jones
That is very nicely done. Looks much too good for a new(ish) drivers! My son just looked over my shoulder and now he wants one just like that! Told him to build his own...... NIck
Martin
Fortunately the daily driver for my son is an old Fiesta. So the Mini will not be abused in daily traffic. But right, he loves polishing ..... but only his cars ..... If you want to show your son the way ... here the start, more than 6 years ago. Mini´s are not that difficult to find in UK Fill the garage. Martin
Nick Jones
Hmmm, yes, 6 years...........no wonder the result is so nice! Minis are not that easy to find in the UK these days. At least, not at sensible cost without plenty of serious problems. Also, I've done quite enough work on Minis (mostly welding) in the past......... If he really wants to restore something, a friend has an Austin A30 which he's not doing much with and that is very solid. Nick
