DaveNotSoSideways
I know a bloke with a proper kit, its complete runs, it needs a bit of "gentle" love but its a smart car. Its got a 7Litre Chevy. Its one of the best kits you can buy, the proper one. He was looking to sell it, no idea on price about £15000-20,000. He also has another, not so good with a V6 ford engine. mattius
I have to say i would put a ford racing engine in it, not a fan of mixing and matching, despite having most of a small block chevy here. Thing i love about the GT40 kits is most of the different makers for the kits make all their parts interchangeable so you can use bits from each maker. If i had the choice i would buy a GTD40 spoke to the company at Spa very nice replica, sat next to the real thing was bloody hard to tell the difference appart from the gurney weslake heads on the real thing.
