honya
Hi there. i read this forum for a while allready and i found tons of great stuff here and it realy helped me to start playing around with our club car. we build a R11 with 1.8 16V F4P from Clio 16V....we put a 2x DHLA 40 on with a weird setings and it didn´t go well...so i practiced some of your advices to other users on identical engines and it started working better and better.... now i am on these settings: Air jet 180 Main Jet 157 Emulsion .10 Idle 57 i can have the idle speed on around 750-800 RPM.... It revs up to 7k but it starts dying at 5900.. the car is build to circuit race and occasionally for hill climb sprints.. other question - on the main valve - should it have a few degree gap from idle possition to activating acceleration jet? thanks for any advices and for help i already found here Jan p.s.:just finishing a little bit of renovation:
Oracle
Hi, Bigger main jet? 165. Try smaller air corrector. 170. Check fuel pressure isn't dropping at maximum power. Acceleration Pump arm/lever should be in constant connection with the diaphragm, or very close.
