Since we're talking about the site can I ask?
Is there a way to default to the latest post in a thread instead of the first?

Sure is.
If you hit the "View New Content" button, try clicking on the timestamp under the poster's name in the far right column.

Ok.
I think I have the subscriber problem licked.
Paypal won't allow ongoing payments without an upgrade to a business account, which would be uneconomical for us.
Instead, upgrades to "Subscriber" will last for 12 months, then you'll have me nagging you to renew if you want to.
Seems simple enough, should work now (I hope!)

Craig, both steve and nick were amongst the first lot of subscribers weren't they rather than just members? thats why they can't see it cause they already are. I remember at the very start of the change, we had around 5 people who payed more?
Im sure both steve and nick were the higher payers.
Maybe im remembering it wrong...
No need for thanks, its my contribution to this community.

Couple of issues here - the latest post issue, and the fun of making ongoing subs work.
Got a couple of work issues going on as well, will get these in the next 48 or so, please bear with me.

Ok. I upgraded my test user to Supporter (therefore increasing the Site's holdings by $25!), and now I can see the problem.
I assume this is what you're seeing Steve? (Although perhaps in Sideway's Grey)

2 downloads
Support tickets lodged, I'll report back when I've fixed it.

Paid support rocks! They're on it, and trying to figure if they can get the package to do what I'm asking of it.

That's what I see Craig - I guess Steve will be the same......
